What To Expect
Your session begins with Becky welcoming you and taking a few minutes to chat through any areas of tension, sensitivity, or health considerations, so she can tailor the treatment specifically to you.
Becky will begin working on your upper back and shoulders, using a combination of kneading, compression, and friction techniques to release the layers of tension that so many of us carry without even realising it.
From there, Becky will move up through the neck, using gentle stretching and pressure point work to ease stiffness and improve circulation.
Becky will then focus on the scalp, where rhythmic massage movements stimulate blood flow.
To finish is working across the face and around the temples, targeting pressure points that can help with headache relief, sinus tension, and mental fatigue.
By the end of your 40 minutes with Becky, most clients feel lighter, clearer.
